PREPARATION

Pour 250ml boiling water over it. Leave the tea bag to infuse for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not drink more than 2 tea bags a day. It is best to enjoy up to two infusions at 9 am. Mix up any particles that may have settled at the bottom of the cup by swirling and drink as well.
