Pour 250ml of boiling water (100°C) over it. Let the tea bag steep for approx. 5-10 minutes. Do not drink more than 2 tea bags a day. Best enjoyed at 9am. Swirl to mix up any particles that may have settled at the bottom of the cup, and drink those as well.
Take a one-week break after 2 weeks of use.
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Contains St. John's Wort — consult a doctor before use if taking any medication.
