About noosha
During my travels to Asia, I became aware of the stress-relieving effects of adaptogenic herbs, which are particularly well-known in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. I read countless studies on each plant and grew more and more enthusiastic about their potential every day.
This gave rise to the idea of blending adaptogenic herbs with our local herbs to develop potent teas. I spoke with pharmacists and doctors who confirmed my plan, and in Bernhard Leben, a physician and nutritional medicine specialist, I found a partner who was already familiar with the potential of adaptogens. Together, we developed eight teas designed to accompany you throughout the day and address the different forms of stress caused by environmental factors, psychological factors, and physical exertion.
