Pour 250ml of boiling water (100°C) over it. Do not let the tea bag steep for longer than 5-8 minutes. Drink in small sips about half an hour before falling asleep, up to two infusions. Swirl to mix up any particles that may have settled at the bottom of the cup, and drink those as well.
Contains hops (with natural phytoestrogens) — consult a doctor before use if you have a hormone-sensitive condition or are pregnant.
