Mit 250ml kochendem Wasser (100°C)
übergießen. Teebeutel ca. 3-5 Min. ziehen
lassen. 1-2 Tassen am Tag trinken. Am besten
um 16 Uhr bis zu zwei Aufgüsse genießen.
Die evtl. abgesetzten Partikel am Tassenboden
durch Schwenken aufmischen und
ebenfalls trinken.
